Lake Charlene Homeowners Association

Welcome to Lake Charlene!

Lake Charlene is in the midst of getting better and better, as new younger families join the original homeowners to renew our amenities and expand our friendships. A neighborhood where you can walk your dog, know your neighbors, and be safe at night.

The photo is the new fence at the Lakeside Pavilion park. Plans for 2020 include similar new fencing at the children's playground and new aeration diffusers to keep the lake water crystal clear.
