Lake Charlene Homeowners Association

Welcome to Lake Charlene!

Lake Charlene is in the midst of getting better and better, as new younger families join the original homeowners to renew our amenities and expand our friendships. A neighborhood where you can walk your dog, know your neighbors, and be safe at night.

The photo is the new fence at the children's playground. Note: the gate here and at the community park is the standard safety gate used at pools: pull up on the top knob and pull gate toward you to open. Thanks to the Maintenance Committee for arranging this.
