Lake Charlene Homeowners Association

Information for Renters and Landlords

Because of Lake Charlene's proximity to NAS and Corry Field, there are some rental homes in our area. Both renters and landlords have responsibilites.

Landlords: Please inform the LC Homeowners Association of your renter's name and address, so that we can keep them informed of community activities and situations that will affect them. Also, please be aware that you remain responsible for paying the annual LCHA dues each January, and ultimately responsible for proper upkeep of your property. Maintaining your lawn and landscaping are especially important for maintaining our property values, as well as keeping driveways clear of extra vehicles and boats!

Renters: We are happy to have you as part of our neighborhood. We hope you will become an active part of our community. Please see the Calendar for upcoming events, and consider volunteering for one of our committees to keep Lake Charlene beautiful, enjoyable, and safe. Also, we invest a lot of time and effort in keeping our area lovely. We are depending on you to keep your lawn and landscaping looking good, and parking vehicles in your garage. Our Covenants & Restrictions forbid parking boats or RVs outside.
